Seven artists on stage
Murcia 2013, Nueva Delhi, Bombay 2014
“Flamenco Roots” was first performed in 2013 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the Instituto Cervantes in New Delhi. This flamenco fusion experience was so successful that a revival was released in 2014 in India with a new program of performances. Both shows hosted the most important political, social, cultural and economic representatives of Indian society as well as members of the diplomatic corps. The shows were held in the Gardens of the Spanish Embassy in India (New Delhi), in the Auditorium of the National Centre for Performing Arts in Bombay and in the Maharaja's Palace in Jodhpur.
The merging of the two music styles, flamenco and Rajasthani, was also performed in 2013 as part of the International Festival of Cante de las Minas de la Unión casting up of ten musicians: five Rajasthanis and five flamencos.
