Synopsis of the show

If the beating of the heart is fundamental to life, the shawl gives life and strength to my dance. The shawl is my axis, it protects me, covers me and expands me. Sometimes loyal and meek, sometimes rebellious and reluctant.

El latir del mantón is a show where vocals and guitar accompany the bailaora on a sensory journey that only flamenco is capable of creating, to turn this show into an hour of magic and genuinely Spanish art.

‘Paula Rodríguez's dancing is an explosion of passion and strength. From her art emanates a contagious energy that captivates the spectator, leaving an indelible mark of her talent, her dedication and her flamenco soul’ - SO-LA-NA -.
