In 2017 she won the Newcomer Award at the Festival de Jerez with Alas del recuerdo, and in 2018 the Giraldillo Revelaci\u00f3n at the Bienal de Sevilla with De la Concepci\u00f3n. In 2020 she premiered More(No)More, for which she won the Giraldillo for Magic Moment at the Bienal, and published the book Yo bailo together with photographer Susana Gir\u00f3n. Her show o..\/o..\/.o\/o.\/o. (sole\u00e1) (2022) was presented in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and France, and since that year she has also developed the flamenco happening Verso libre in unconventional spaces. In June 2025 she premiered Magnificat at the Bienal de Madrid. She has performed at venues such as Sadler's Wells in London and the New York City Center.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\n\t\n<div id=\"column-6aee1cebe5804\" class=\"fw-col-xs-12 text-post-container\" style=\" \">\n        <div class=\"fw-col-inner\" >\n\t\t<p><strong>Benito Bernal, guitar<\/strong><\/p><p>Benito Bernal (Villanueva de los Castillejos, 1998) is one of the rising young talents of contemporary flamenco guitar. He grew up surrounded by music and learned his first notes from his mother. At sixteen, he enrolled at the Conservatorio Profesional de M\u00fasica de Huelva, going on to complete his training at the Conservatorio Superior de C\u00f3rdoba, where he won the Ni\u00f1o Miguel award. In 2022 he made his solo debut at the Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla with De la mano de Dani de Mor\u00f3n. He has accompanied artists such as Arc\u00e1ngel, Miguel Poveda, Mar\u00eda Moreno, and Eduardo Guerrero, and has performed on stages and at festivals throughout Spain. His playing, which he himself describes as \"a bit anarchic,\" combines refined technique, passion, and a constant search for new sounds.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\n\t\n<div id=\"column-6aee1cebe6e70\" class=\"fw-col-xs-12 text-post-container\" style=\" \">\n        <div class=\"fw-col-inner\" >\n\t\t<p><strong>La Perla de C\u00e1diz<\/strong><\/p><p>Founded in 1979 as a tribute to the great singer from C\u00e1diz, Antonia Gilabert Vargas, the Pe\u00f1a Flamenca La Perla de C\u00e1diz is today a leading institution in the city. Under the presidency of Paco Real, it carries out intensive work promoting and preserving traditional flamenco, with particular attention to the styles of C\u00e1diz: alegr\u00edas, tangos, buler\u00edas, soleares, and saetas. Its programming includes series such as the Viernes Flamencos (Flamenco Fridays) and landmark competitions such as the Concurso Internacional de Baile por Alegr\u00edas (International Alegr\u00edas Dance Competition) and the Concurso de Tanguillos de C\u00e1diz, as well as educational programs, lectures, exhibitions, and events organized in collaboration with the City Council and the C\u00e1tedra de Flamencolog\u00eda. The pe\u00f1a also safeguards La Perla's living memory through lectures and studies coordinated by experts such as F\u00e9lix Rodr\u00edguez, establishing itself as an active center firmly committed
