Minas Puerto Flamenco offers a show in which the artists demonstrate, during over 100 minutes, their talents that have earned them various awards, each one in their specialty, at the International Festival Cante de las Minas. There are thirteen artists on stage, each of whom is a leading figure in his/her field.
This show, which is full of sensitivity and scenery, reviews the history of flamenco while travelling through the ports of the world, interacting with many different beats such as habaneras, colombianas, rondeñas, vidalitas, milongas or guajiras, which mix and merge with flamenco soleás, tanguillos, alegrías and bulerías .
With almost sixty years of history, the International Festival of Cante de las Minas is one of the most important events in the world of Flamenco, resulting from sound work and high artistic standards. In 2014, the festival was awarded the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts and it represents the only flamenco Festival which officially qualifies as Marca España.
